Any insurance booked is governed by the rules laid out below.
Purpose of this site
The purpose of this Web site is to provide you with a quotation for your travel insurance requirements and allow you to purchase our insurance coverage certificates online.
We cannot be held responsible for you incorrectly specifying your requirements though we will endeavor to make any adjustments that are possible.
Your insurance certificate will be emailed to you and it is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct email address when making the purchase. HolidayGuard is in no way responsible in the event the email has been entered erroneously.

Your Obligations
Please ensure that ALL terms and condition are read and understood. Please ensure that you have your documentation in good time before your departure. We cannot be held responsible for your failure to do so.
Policy Declaration
Please ensure that you download or print a copy of the schedule of benefits and policy wording by clicking on the documents link at the top of the page. It is important that you read the policy document carefully, to ensure that the cover you have taken is adequate for your needs.
By purchasing this policy you are declaring that:
- You have read, understood and accepted the terms outlined in the POLICY Document and the Eligibility requirement.
- The information you have provided is error free and truthful to the best of your knowledge and belief, and that any omission or information to the contrary may invalidate all or certain parts of the cover.
- You understand and accept that HolidayGuard will not pay for any costs whatsoever incurred due to pre-existing medical conditions, as they are not covered by this policy. Any and all incidents caused by pre-existing medical conditions are also not covered by this policy.
- You accept and understand that the insurance certificate purchased will only be sent to the email address you have submitted. Consequently HolidayGuard is in NO WAY liable for non-delivery of the of the insurance certificate in the event the email address submitted by you is invalid, non-operational or inaccessible to you for any reason. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you submit is error-free, valid and accessible to you.

Cancellation Policy
Once the insurance policy has been purchased and the insurance certificate has been issued, it may not be cancelled and consequently no refunds whatsoever will apply.
Eligibility
HolidayGuard is valid for sale worldwide except in USA, Canada and Nigeria. It is also not valid for travel commencing or finishing in the afore mentioned countries.
However, nationals of USA, Canada or UK residing in countries other than USA, Canada, UK or Nigeria can purchase our travel insurance certificates. It is the country of residence that matters. In conclusion, HolidayGuard may be purchased by ANYONE legally residing outside the US, UK, Canada or Nigeria for travel that does not start or finish in the afore mentioned countries.
HOLIDAYGUARD IS VALID FOR INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTC TRAVEL.
